Selwyn Langley has been running his own firm of surveyors since 1976 and thus has a vast amount of experience. In that period of time he has also given evidence and been involved in several precedent court cases.

A number of the firm’s clients have had a relationship lasting over a period in excess of 30 years and the source of almost all of our business is personal recommendation.

Our aim is to solve problems in the most pragmatic and economical way possible for a client whilst also seeking to be innovative in our approach as we consider the welfare of the client to be the most important attribute. We have never believed that there is a one size fits all solution as all problems are individual to the needs of the particular client.
